You will be provided with the latest BMC bike with Shimano Di2 electronic shifting. Daily itineraries allow for varied levels of riding and interest. While one group embarks to ride the unlimited and diverse routes of Haute Provence, including the famed climb of Mont Ventoux,Ventoux tower the other group can cycle through the Luberon and visit the villages of Venasque, Gordes, Murs, Rousillion and Ménerbes. Café lunches and van support make for a more relaxed cycling experience.

At the end of the day you can reserve a massage, or relax by the pool with a glass of rosé, and revel in the sounds, scents and spectacular Provençal light. Dinner options include not only the delicious cooking of our hotels, but also meals in local bistros and restaurants that showcase the best Southeastern France has to offer.

IMG_0169We have arranged tastings at renowned Rhône vineyards such as Mont Redon in Châteauneuf du Pape, and Domaine de Mourchon in Séguret.Mourchon In addition, we have the opportunity to visit larger towns such as Saint Rémy and Uzès, their art galleries, local crafts and clothing boutiques.

You will be accompanied by local CycleVentoux guides and 1% for the Planet staff who will be presenting their corporate sustainability work with French business interests including skin care products, wineries and retail food and household items.

These special trips will be offered during the wine harvest season of late September and early October. Six days/seven nights. The all inclusive trip is $7,885. $1,820 of your tripVentoux cost is tax deductable and benefits 1% for the Planet’s efforts.
